This is called "The Hub" and it a story of how baseball personnel and fans revolve around central character, the Manager, in this case Mike Scioscia. At nine o'clock are coaches, twelve o'clock a player. Then ball boys, one is tossing a foul ball over the managers head back to the score keeper who has a little tube he'll drop the ball through (if the ball is still round it goes in a bucket to be reused at batting practice). Next we see the media, a video camera for broadcast, a long lens film camera for print media and at five o'clock a fan for social media. Last is a row of fans where a youngster has brought his glove hoping to catch an errant ball.
John MacEntee put together a church fundraiser where Scioscia and I auctioned the painting off for a princely sum. Mike signed prints for me. I have a few left at $250, if you'd like one send me an email.
